    GymNotic supports instant passwordless authentication. Secure your profile by syncing a Google or Apple account.

    Type your name and upload a photo. Set your basic physical parameters for accurate analytics.

    Tap on "Create Routine", title your program (e.g., "Push Day") and start adding your favorite exercises.

    During workout, input weight and reps for every set. The rest timer will automatically guide you.
